These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mobile games, the website rogueandromeda.com, and digital products published by Rogue Andromeda Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By using any of our products or services, you agree to these Terms.
Rogue Andromeda Studios creates and publishes premium mobile games for iOS and Android (including Orb Orchard, Little Lemon Empire, and future titles), operates the website rogueandromeda.com, and sells digital cross-stitch patterns through our Etsy shop RogueAndromedaDesign.
When you purchase one of our games, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own. This license does not transfer ownership of the game or any intellectual property to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our games except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Cross-stitch patterns purchased from RogueAndromedaDesign are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may stitch and gift finished pieces, but you may not resell, redistribute, or share the PDF pattern files themselves. Purchases are governed by these Terms and by Etsy's Terms of Use where applicable.
Game purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests for games must be directed to the platform where the purchase was made:
Refund requests for Etsy pattern purchases are handled through Etsy's resolution process. Since our patterns are instant-download digital files, all sales are generally final per our shop policies.
All content in our games, website, and digital products, including but not limited to artwork, music, sound effects, text, UI design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of Rogue Andromeda Studios and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The Rogue Andromeda Studios name, logo, and the taglines "Premium indie games. No gotchas." and "Small worlds. Soft magic. Clever play." are our trademarks.

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our games will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device configuration. We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality but cannot guarantee perfection.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rogue Andromeda Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Our games are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Our digital patterns are sold through Etsy. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the operation, policies, or practices of these third-party platforms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
