Rogue Andromeda Studios ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website rogueandromeda.com and publishes mobile games for iOS and Android, including Orb Orchard, Little Lemon Empire, and future titles. We also operate the Etsy shop RogueAndromedaDesign.
We believe in the same promise for your data that we make for our games: no gotchas. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Our mobile games are premium paid apps with no ads, no in-app purchases, no analytics SDKs, no third-party tracking, and no user accounts.
All gameplay data, including saved progress, settings, and unlocked content, is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit, collect, or have access to any of this data.
We do not collect personal information, device identifiers, location data, or usage analytics through our games.
Diagnostics: Our games use Unity's built-in crash reporting, which may automatically send crash logs and basic performance data (such as device model, operating system version, and app state at the time of a crash) to Unity Technologies and/or the platform provider (Apple or Google). This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs. It is collected anonymously and cannot be used to identify you personally. For details, see Unity's Privacy Policy.
When you purchase one of our games, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy or Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle purchase data.
When you visit rogueandromeda.com, we do not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts.
If you voluntarily submit your email address through our launch notification form, we store that email address solely to notify you about game launches or major studio updates. Your email is stored securely and is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
You may request removal of your email at any time by contacting us at hello@rogueandromeda.com.
Purchases through our Etsy shop (RogueAndromedaDesign) are processed by Etsy. We receive your name and order details to fulfill your purchase. We do not store payment information. For details on Etsy's data practices, please see Etsy's Privacy Policy.

As noted above, anonymous crash logs and basic performance diagnostics may be collected automatically by the Unity engine to help us fix bugs. No personally identifiable information is included in these reports.
Our games do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since our games collect no personal data and require no accounts, there is no mechanism through which personal information from children could be gathered. Anonymous crash diagnostics described in Section 1 are not linked to any user identity.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose.
If you have provided your email through our website notification form, we retain it until you request removal or until the notification purpose is fulfilled. To request deletion, email hello@rogueandromeda.com and we will remove your information within 30 days.
Game data is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's data through your device settings.
If you are in the European Economic Area (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port any personal data we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict processing. Since we collect minimal data, these rights primarily apply to email addresses submitted through our website form.
If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
